Global Operations Leadership Development Program

The Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program is SIG’s operations rotational program, offering a unique and broad learning experience. The program provides a blend of knowledge, skill building, and exposure to SIG and to the financial services industry that will prepare you for your career and allow you to make an impact immediately.

Throughout the 10-month program, you’ll gain in-depth exposure to the trading desks and various business areas at SIG. You’ll work alongside experts in their respective areas, getting involved in the daily activities and gaining hands-on practical experience. You will build relationships and a network of colleagues throughout the firm, which will be an invaluable resource throughout your career.

The GOLD program is divided between classroom training sessions and rotations. The training and rotational assignments focus on developing business and product-specific knowledge, technical skills, and business effectiveness skills.

At the end of the ten months, GOLD Program participants will leverage their diverse knowledge of the business and take advantage of their network of colleagues as they are placed in permanent roles that match their skills, interests, and most importantly, business needs.
