Students + Grads
Throughout our Quantitative Trading Program, Traders and Research Analysts participate in extensive training to learn the application of game theory and improve their decision making and quantitative modelling skills. Our Operations Analyst Program teaches new hires in Trading Operations, Compliance, and Accounting the fundamentals of how our complex business functions.
Interns + Co-ops
Our internship + co-op programs combine classroom education with an immersive experience on the trading desk.
Early Discovery
Our Discovery Days are designed to connect with students who are not yet eligible for our internship program. In addition to learning about our environment, students will have an early introduction to our interview process for internships.
