As a Private Equity Analyst, you will work closely with our senior deal professionals at every stage of the investment process. You will play an integral role in sourcing deals, executing transactions, managing the portfolio, or supporting corporate development. Our Private Equity Summer Analysts work collaboratively with our team of senior deal professionals at every stage of the investment process to source new business and grow existing companies. This is a 10 week opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment investing in and consulting with high-growth software companies. We hire juniors or grad students that will be completing school within one year of their summer internship. Exceptional Summer Analysts will be considered for full-time opportunities at SGE, contingent upon graduation. You’d have the opportunity to work with one of the following teams:
