Fraud and Impersonation Warning

Please be aware that there has been an increase in fraudulent schemes in which unauthorized third parties impersonate Susquehanna International Group, LLP (collectively with its affiliates, “Susquehanna”), and/or its employees.

Susquehanna is a proprietary trading firm.  Susquehanna does not offer brokerage accounts, investment advice, trading services, or investment opportunities to individuals, and does not solicit business through WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Signal or any other instant messaging or social media platforms. Any individual or organization offering to trade, invest, or manage money on your behalf while claiming an affiliation with Susquehanna is not acting on behalf of Susquehanna.

Fraudulent activity impersonating Susquehanna has taken a number of forms, including:

• Cloned or lookalike websites and mobile applications using Susquehanna's name, logos, or branding

• Fake profiles or groups on WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Signal, or other messaging and social media platforms

• Individuals falsely claiming to be Susquehanna employees, recruiters, or representatives

• Fraudulent recruiting or job offers requesting payment, banking details, or personal information

• Solicitations to send cryptocurrency or other funds in connection with a purported Susquehanna investment or trading opportunity

Under no circumstances should you transfer money or digital assets, share personal or banking information, or make any payment to any person or account on the basis of a claimed affiliation with Susquehanna.

Reporting Suspected Fraud 

If you believe you have encountered a website, account, application, or individual impersonating Susquehanna, please contact us at report-fraud@sig.com, including any relevant screenshots, URLs, email addresses, or messaging handles.

If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, please report it to your local law enforcement or the applicable regulatory authority. In the United States, you may also file a report with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov.
