One thing I appreciate about my role at Susquehanna is how often I work on something new, as the dynamic nature of the market means there are constantly novel problems.
With the support of a data processing team, I use data to figure out important metrics for trading strategies, and then consider what that metric says about how we're trading. I also spend time talking to other traders about those metrics and whether they find them valuable and helpful to their trading.
