We are thankful for the Women at SIG and their positive impact on our firm's success. From our recent college grads to the many women who hold leadership positions across the firm, we value their expertise and ability to drive our business forward every day. Whether you want to build and improve our trading systems or use game theory to trade options, there’s a community of women for you at SIG. Building a Community

Building Community

Building a community of women is important to us. We host annual Women's Discovery Days in the US, Ireland, and Australia, with the goal of connecting students to women at SIG, all while gaining insight into working here. We bring women together at our office, with gatherings like happy hours and networking dinners, and our SIG Dublin Women's Network.

To give students the opportunity to picture their career in technology and finance, we sponsor organizations and events like:

  • Grace Hopper Celebration
  • GirlsHack
  • Women Engineers Code (WECode)
  • MIT Queens' Full House Poker Tournament
  • The Society of Women Engineers (SWE)
  • Women in Computer Science (WiCS)
  • Women Making a Difference in STEM (WiSTEM)
  • I WISH Showcase

We’re Hiring!

At SIG, you will learn something new every day. Work with innovators to solve complex problems that have never been solved before.

More than Just a Job

See what we’re up to both in and out of the office!
