Building a Community

Building a Community

Building a community of women is important to us. To give students the opportunity to picture their career in technology and finance, we sponsor organizations, like Women in Computer Science, Society of Women Engineers, Women in Computing, Women in Business, and Girls in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, on campuses around the globe.

We host an annual US Women’s Discovery Day with the goal of connecting students to women at SIG, all while gaining insight into working here. We host and participate in events like GirlsHack, a high school coding competition, WECode (Women Engineers Code), the largest US student-run conference for women in computer science, and general women’s networking Q+A events.

When we are back in person again, we bring women together at our office, with gatherings like happy hours and networking dinners, our SIG Dublin Women's Network, and hosting events like the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia (WIN). And we host both on-site and virtual Tech Camps for children of our employees to inspire the next generation of women in STEM!
